Hibiscus Bloom at Myrtle Beach

This hibiscus bloom was taken at The Beach Colony in Myrtle Beach, SC this week using my point and shoot Canon SD1000 set in the macro mode. The out of bounds framing was done in Photoshop CS5.

This is absolutely lovely. I have been trying to do this even though I don't get enough time, but am still attempting it. This looks great and I think that it makes the photo come to life.

Very nice shot of the flower and great creative work!

Are there any instructions anywhere how to do this? I did this sort of thing on a wedding photo of one of my grand-daughter a few years ago but I can't remember exactly how I did.
