A thief points a gun a you and demands your money, but you find that your wallet is empty. What do you do? Offer him a glass of wine? Interesting video.

I've always said if I ever get mugged I'm going to get shot regardless. My wallet usually only contains business cards and photos. I rarely carry cash.

You should carry a bit of money in a compartment just for thieves.

Maybe I should keep it in my socks- my wife won't even go near my feet!

That might just anger the thief.

Maybe this thread should also be posted "In the Attic".

Very interesting. Many years ago as a graduate student I avoided a mugging by 5 guys on the street using non-complimentary behavior. It must have been instinctual seeing no other way out of the situation. Having never heard of non-complimentary behavior I've never been able to satisfactorily explain how I got out of that predicament until now. Thanks for sharing.

Neither, but maybe some of the individuals in the attic could benefit from the concept.

"Suffice it to say the Palookaville Post was a satirical site that published fake news, one example of which was the made-up story about Senators Feinstein and Boxer referenced above."
