I am trying to order this photo in an 8 x 10 but the whole photo is unable to fit. Is there anything that can be done so the sides are not cut out of the photo ? Your assistance is much appreciated.

Why not make it 8x12?

Add a border at the top and bottom.

Even at 11 x 14 the trees are partially cut off from fitting in the frame size. When I try to order they crop it to fit and I'm losing the sides.

I wanted to see if I could do anything. I have my results if you would like me to post it. What I did was open your picture. Used the image size and unconnected the with and hight. I made the new size 10" wide. Then changed the canvas size to 8x10. Now I had white on top and bottom. I used the rectangle marque tool and set it to cover the top white area. Went to Edit> Fill and used Content Aware. That made the sky. Did the same thing for the grass bottom area. Any areas/lines I didn't like I used the clone stamp tool. Came out pretty good.

Thomas who is They? Have you tried a different photo processor? I have exceptional results from Mpix, they have reasonable prices, they offer anything from prints to professional framing and more.

That shot looks like a 12x18 which is what a full frame camera will produce.

I'd put the link to the site for you but I don't know if im allowed, but if you just type Mpix into your Google Search it will pop up.

I made this an 8x10 with borders to possibly fit the frame without losing some of the photo.

That looks great. I had been trying to resize a photo to make it square without losing part of the image. It was very frustrating and unsuccessful. Now I know what to do to try again. Brilliant.
That is a lovely photo too.

Unfortunately for what you want to do would require re-cropping your capture to acquire an 10x8 print. As it is if you were to make the Width 10" ( BTW, Width is always stated first) the height would be approximately 5.6" in height. When I download your picture, the size is 3.338" x 1.867" (not knowing what the actual long size is) see attached for another possible solution by increasing your canvas size to 10"x 8" and leaving the print aspect as is...
