Anaheim Transportation Center architecture

I love it when there is a spontanious opportunity for photos. I cashed in on this one today at the Anaheim Transportation Center where the architecture offers the photographer some amazing possibilities. I will share just the tip of the iceburg with you.

Nikonian, the location is right next to the Mighty Ducks (Pond) where the Ducks hockey team plays. It's directly across the freeway from Angel Stadium......the baseball team. If you are ever in the area, you should break out your camera......it's a goldmine!

... been there several times via a train ride to Angel games, and the photo ops never occurred to me .... Thanks for the inspiration. Great job. LB

Dennis, these are at the other end of the spectrum for me from my surfing photos..........for sure! Being an artist first and a photographer second, I really do appreciate "ART" in it's many different faces. I'm not much of a "modern art" kind of guy but this location does have a multitude of photo opps.

Nice job. My son-in-law who lives in Orange mentioned it to me. Now I have a Photo Op to do on my next visit to The OC! Thanks. Your comment of "...the tip of the iceberg" is appropriate since it is called the ARTIC (close to Arctic). I am sure some people haven't noticed the difference.

Good point with the Artctic comment. I am talking my wife and another photographer to take the train to the Angel Stadium station and then photograph the building again and then walk to get some food. Should be a fun day! I have so many really nice shots of this station. It was the highest ratio I have ever shot to keepers vs no keeper photos.
