I tried increasing the contrast and clarity a lot in Lightroom of the Tybee Island pier. Any thoughts?
I love this shot! The composition and depth of field are excellent!

I like it! But it needs to be level just a little?
I like it--color, composition, depth of field . . . . Is the horizon line a touch off level?
Good choice of subject. With this type of shot (mainly geometrical) it's essential that the horizontals are right. My personal preference would be for it to be centred more accurately. The imbalance shows up more than it would with a less shape-oriented shot. And if it was mine I'd ease off on the vignette a bit.
Love the composition. Agree that it could be leveled a little and maybe a little later in the day to capture waning light.
Maybe a little off-level,but a good shot. I was there two years ago ,but did not get a shot of the pier. Maybe next time.
Thank you for the positive feedback and insightful suggestions to improve this photo. I was thinking of entering in the NYS Fair photo competition.
I like everything about this, caps07! Well done!
