Somehow, I doubt it's actually "altitude" they mean - more like "elevation." If they were operating above the earth, they wouldn't be driving a van around a neighborhood. It's probably some kind of crane of cherry picker operation for getting someone high, but not in the chemical sense. Probably something like roof repair, changing bulbs in light poles, replacing windows in tall buildings - just a guess.

Hi Jerry, I might have guessed you would know, "changing bulbs in light poles" they also have one van with a lift for replacing bulbs in very high poles.
I just thought their Company Name was rather amusing but accurate for the task they undertake.
