BIOS Not Compatible with Window10

I have a Dell laptop.

The Window10 upgrade window says it can't Upgrade me to Windows 10 because the BIOS isn't supported.
My laptop is an Inspiron N5110.

Dell's website seems to say that they're not going to do anything about it.

I found a site where someone was able to get his upgrade to work but he had to "flash all his BIOS".

Can someone translate this for me, please?

More than likely, you'll need to update your BIOS. Check out this video and see if it helps.

You may want to reconsider installing the update to Win 10. Your laptop may lack sufficient components to run Win 10. If Win 7 or 8.1 is running well, I would advise not to do the update. Win 10 is certainly a better operating system, but it does require higher grade components than your current system.
