Got it - don't edit some else's TIFF files and install the service pack when it's issued.

I've gotten 2 Trojans in the last couple of months. The only things I remember down loading were from Adobe. One was a flash player update the other an Adobe reader update. So yea, I thing Adobe may have a problem with their stuff being infected.

How can you tell you just picked up a virus/trojan? Whenever updates are ready to install on my computer, I click ok and let it install.

Downloading applications is not the only way to get viruses, etc. Opening an email or just visiting a web site can be just as dangerous. It's possible to imbed malicious code inside of an image. I think it unlikely that trojans were present in updates you got from the real Adobe site, however you should notify them if that is where you think you got them.
