I watched this wheat field mature for weeks. A Kansas girl will appreciate this shot (on the edge of Richardson, TX). I finally took my camera and got a shot before the impending harvest. Nikon D70s
White unto harvest

:P Focus
Oh, yes. The almighty focus. Lol. I was messing around with my 300mm lens that just came back from repair. I think I may have been standing just a little too close and I had the aperture opened to 5.6 so this did not help much with DOF. The good thing-no fringing! Oh, it used to be terrible.

Naw, I don't mind at all. Once I let one person in, I figure it is fair game. I like your before & after all in one shot. Lol.

Just so you know, it is always proper protocol to ask the original poster for permission before posting on some one else's thread (I always say yes). With that being said, Your pic does not coincide with my post. I think though that it is very good and it should have a thread of its' own. I like the way you show the expanse. I know, you were just excited and you wanted to show it : ) No apology needed.

All of our pictures were great!
We are just having a good time looking up to just a small portion of mother nature's beauty.
