I like the shots. Lovely light and colors. However, the composition in my opinion could have been different. In each image, the edge of the pier took you to the middle of the screen and left you there. In the first image, there was nothing but darkness from the edge of the pier to the edge of the frame. That added nothing to the image. Had you moved over and angled the frame so that the pier took you from edge to edge in my opinion would have kept the viewer's interest.

Just my opinion...
