Beautiful, Bob. I used to pick these down by the creek and bring them home to my mom. I don't think she ever put them in water, but she always said, "thank you."

Thank you Kathy. It turns out the roots of these are edible ..... hence its other name, Wild Carrot.

Thanks Sirius. I believe ALL images should be viewed in download, but that people should side them to fit a standard screen (I use resolution 230, pixel height 740 to post to UHH), so that folks don't have to scroll back and forth to the see the whole photo.
