No Sky, you miss the point. This isn't about whether or not this guy is a liberal. It's about background checks and preventing douche bags from getting a gun.
How can anyone in their right mind be against not giving guns to domestic abusers, felons and terrorists? Please tell me. Because in my mind, if you are against background checks you are for arming terrorists.
As far as sane people are concerned the NRA supports terrorism.

It's about due process. How exactly does one land on the DNF list? Are you so notified? Is there a court of law that you go to to petition getting off said list?

Yes, you can apply to be removed from the list.
Personally, I'd rather be put on the no fly list and have to have myself removed than to stick my head in the sand and allow suspected terrorists to get on planes.
As you gun nuts continually tell me, there is no Constitutional right to fly on planes. In fact the government doesn't say you can't fly on a plane if your on the no fly list. It's the aviation industry that says you can't.

The No Fly List is a list, created and maintained by the United States government's Terrorist Screening Center (TSC), of people who are prohibited from boarding a commercial aircraft for travel in or out of the United States. The list has also been used to divert aircraft away from U.S. airspace that is not flying to or from the U.S. The number of people on the list rises and falls according to threat and intelligence reporting.

Again Frankie, you miss the point. This douche liberal reporter thought he was going to create some big expose and perpetuate the lib mantra that anyone can just walk in and buy a gun. Oops. More of those pesky "facts" you libs can't seem to handle. The system worked as intended.

If Mateen had NOT been able to legally buy his weapons, do you think that would have stopped him from finding either black market weapons (which all the laws imaginable will never stop) or some other means like explosives? Or a semi tanker full of fuel?
Again Frankie, you miss the point. This douche lib... (show quote)

it sounds like your position is " let everyone buy guns, do their k*****g, then smoke them afterwards". sounds nice, but more people would be dead.

Something seems a little fishy here: "When a 'reporter' doesn't get facts that substantiate the liberal narrative, the article is hidden and the information never sees the light of day ?

I am surprised or am I?

You failed to mention the following but then again it was under a conservative administration!

Operation Wide Receiver unfolded between March 2006 and December 2007 with ATF agents based in Tucson. The agents knew firearms were being purchased by straw buyers for illegal use in Mexico but did not go after the weapons. Ultimately, the inspector general’s report found that the agents did not make any arrests as a result of the program and seized fewer than 100 of about 400 firearms that were purchased.

Harman said via a spokesman, "The gun-walking program began in 2006 under the Bush Administration. It had a different name, but it was a similar program."

Maybe you can explain in detail how "gun control" stops ISIS terrorists in this country?

Are you guys for real? What we've been yelling about is making sure domestic abusers don't get guns. We don't care if their Democrats, Republicans, Christians, Muslims, Budhists, White, Black, Red or Yellow.
If you are a domestic abuser, insane or a felon, No Gun for you.

Yeah, we all agree with that, but note that the sleazy, lying, libr****d then lied about it. He said he got denied becuz he was a member of the media, which I personally believe should be a valid reason for denial cuz the vast majority of that ilk are pathological liars (just like Billary) and cannot be trusted.
