Not one liberal justice on the court v**ed for our constitution, the document that they have sworn to uphold and defend.

I'd v**ed that for every illegal sent back, 1 liberal must go as well. The Supremes failed to see the humor. Amazing that 4 of them could not defend this nation and permitted Obama to violate the constitution with his illegal overreach. God help us if Clinton gets in.

Blurry, you are sadly very correct. Heart, you have a good plan there. We already need help from God due to the overwhelming amount of i***ts in our government. Not to mention the crooks as well, like Hillary. She tried in watergate to circumvent the constitution. She's probably fuming that Obama beat her to it. Our country us getting more pathetic by the day and the liberals just don't get it.

The saddest thing Soba is that many know very little about our constitution and the true nature of our politics, they don't know how the constitution has little a meaning in today's federal government, nor do they realize that for all intents and purposes that soon it will be rendered mute by our politicians and our courts. I grew up thinking that ours was a constitutional government, that the role of the government was limited by a constitution that all Americans could depend upon it as a charter that had to be followed and that our country could never stray too far off course.... How naïve I was to believe this, I think that the youth of today pretty much feel the same as I did when younger, I just don't think that a very significant percentage of our society pays much attention to our government and it's policies, now the most important v****g block in this country will be Latinos, many newly immigrated having little to no connection to our country or its history, yet they will determine who controls our future.

Our present government composition really sucks.

How about the citizens of this great country, both Repubs and Democs get together and v**e all those a--holes out!!!!!

Then institute term limits.
Control ability to v**e pay raises for themselves.
Insure any law for americans apply to them also.

The right seems to love the Supremes when they get get their way and revile them when they don't.

Heller=HEROS
Citizens United=HEROS
States permitted not to expand Medicare=HEROS
Gutting the V****g Rights Act=HEROS

But...

Non decision on immigration (side note--who is at fault for the current 8 justice SCOTUS?) = LIBTURD T*****RS! DONT UNDERSTAND THE CONSTITUTION! PATHETIC! (and on and on , ad infinitum...)

On the bright side, your boy is going to fly the Republican plane into the side of a mountain. Clinton is going to make you wish the Senate had done its Constitutional job and allowed hearings on Garland and they are really going to regret not confirming him. The combination of extremism and obstructionism has consequences, which you will see in due time.

You see Blurry, the nature of the system that the Founders designed is that it requires compromise...which by definition means that no one gets their way all the time.

Obama cried & b***hed & moaned & squealed about the repubs not confirming his SC nomination but the sorry bastard forget to say
that if Scalia had not died he would have got creamed anyway...

Since when did the DemoCRAPS believe in compromise? Remember Obamacare and how the Republicans had absolutely no say. Citizens United evened the playing
field against many very corrupt, greedy unions who sell half of their members down the river like the liberal 4 SCOTUS have done for years. Where's you proof that
the Republicans have gutted V****g Right Act? Obamadoesn'tcare is named very aptly after the most corrupt, lying POS president in our history.

You have confused our constitution with politics, although I see nothing political in our constitution I can understand your doing so because progressives and many liberals long ago decided that the constitution is a living document to be given new meaning by our courts, this by its very nature makes it political. The fact that such a course was never intended nor was it written into our constitution is of little consequence to liberals, the fact that an amendment process was provided for in the constitution to allow for change is of also little consequence to a liberal, in the liberal mind change of our constitution lies solely with in the prevue the democrat party and the court.

As far as your statements of I would not characterize the majority in those decisions as heroes, simply as a court that did its job as it should of, I certainly don't see in any of those decisions new meaning given to our constitution, especially when examined against the writings of the founders....
