I want to learn how to get rid of the branch with PS. what tool should I start with and hopefully a utube vid. can't seem to find the right vid. a good way to start learning PS I hope
This will be a challenge since you have lost the only eye. The basic cloning procedure involves using pixels in the same pic. There are dozens of youtube videos. What version of ps do you have?
The small ripples in the water under the head may be the most challenging area to get right.
There are some photos that digital editing / PS just can't save & I think this is one of those for reasons mentioned befor - I manipulate a lot of photos - I am sure I could not get satisfactory results with this one.
Good luck with you future shots.
Harvey
I agree; I doubt it can be salvaged. Just keep shooting and your timing will improve.
You will never make a wall hanger out of this picture, but you should still use it to learn how. You should see if you can find a tutorial for the clone tool of which ever program you use. Practice, practice......
I purchased the Adobe Photoshop Elements magazine and with the first issue got a video with step by step lessons. I was able to get other videos from them and find them very helpful. They also have the videos on their web site.
