Viewing pics on e-mail

I'm working with Lightroom 4 demo. I worked on some pics and went through the process of sending them on e-mail to myself to see what they looked like. I ended up with each one of them inside a adobe (I think) work box which I didn't like at all. Is this on my end or do they all go out that way?

Did you send with the program ?
I adjust and with right click on the base file, I send the photo via email and that's it. Never with adobe or other photo programs.

Print to file or web. If to web you extract instead of print. Destination for either is your hard drive. If you Print do so at 80%. The file will be a much smaller and you can send more. There will be enough to evaluate. might as well as you do that get your money out and go buy Lightroom4. LOL
