There is a very nice softness to this image that is pleasing to me. Nicely done. I also checked out you other work on smugmug. There are some beautiful images there.

Very good, nicely composed. The focus is good, esp. for a 59-second exposure. Did you use manual focus and set it in live view before adding the ND filter? That's what I do, and it's a bit of a pain screwing it on and off. You could shorten the exposure by using a wider aperture, but you might not get the same misty effect.
