I love the old butter churn I member using one just like it. Dam I'm old.

Don, me too. I remember helping with the cranking a churn just like this one at my grandmother's during and for a while after WW II. That was before milk came homogenized, and the cream was at the top of the bottles. The cranking seemed to take forever and sure wore out a five year old's arm quickly. I was never able to develop an appreciation for buttermilk though.
