the great car race is a rally where the cars have to reach certain points at a specific time . these photos
were taken before the cars took off . i was trying to take photos of the interaction of people and the cars .

I thought the paint jobs plus decorations was all in itself an interesting "study" of an interaction between people and the cars. Just sort of an after the fact indicator.
They look fabulous. The time and effort it took to make that true must be astounding. But the shear fun of driving such a vehicle in a road rally has to be significant too, and the look of the folks in the cars in this last set of photos is pretty interesting too.
