On a sad note, a lot of the old Route 66 history is being lost as the old motels, dinners, and attractions are rotting away.
#1 makes a great Abstract, enjoy your trip but sad to hear about the rotting Motels etc

has me awed to comment ... near the idea is where my wish to concur
and view the frames of your vision to become the pure lens work ...
art has it's down/side and confusion but now it's clear and the work accomplished
becomes inspiration for me to envision and find my path once/twice/once/again
