I bought a Nikon APS camera back in 1996. I bought a number of demo items from them. No I have never bought anything from them as a result of dealing with them. The price was too high in 2002 when I bought my Nikon F5 and they don't have nor want to sell me a Nikon Df. They could certainly order one but they didn't and tried to steer me toward the D800.

Never had a problem with them but now I use B&H, Adorama, and a local place here in the DFW area.

I thought they had closed up shop. I never made a major purchase form them, just some film.

They are still active in Hartford CT -- which surprised me because they were supposed to have closed. When they used to advertise in the local rag, ummm, newspaper, they exclusively sold Canon, now they advertise Nikon.

My local Ritz Camera here in Salem, NH is now Cardinal Camera.
The only thing that I've used them for was for reprints that I needed for memorial services.
They handled them very professionally, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of the prints.
Sorry, but I haven't purchased any camera equipment from Ritz.
