Just one tonight of a Cardinal. Specifics are 70-300mm Canon lens at 270mm, ISO 400, 1/320s, f 13.0.
I am very happy with this photo and that is the main reason for only one photo tonight. Did not want to take away from this good looking cardinal with a bunch of squirrel photos.

Jim, I sincerely thank you for the comment and the thumbs up. It seems that most of my friends here at UHH agree with my assessment and yours. I love it when all the items you have been trying out come together in one photo. Just typing this response I have come to another realization about digital that I like. If I had shot this photo in the film days I would not realize what I captured until I got the slides or color photos back from the developer. B&W I did all my own processing but even then there would have been a delay to see the result. Yep, digital is fun and rewarding.
