My understanding of a sous chef is someone who helps with the preparation of food. Are animals allowed in the kitchen from where you operate your business? What about Health & Safety Regulations?

Relax. There will be no hair in your soup. I was at the Farmer's Market on Saturday morning and every time I saw someone with a dog I asked if they minded if I got a shot. This is just a purveyor and his pooch and it's not in a restaurant. My comment was a feeble attempt at humor. But without some sort of comment the picture will not post. Hope this helps. Thanks, Bob

Thanks for your response. There are still some unanswered questions as you are wearing a Chef's Coat and I presume that you are involved with food preparation and holding an animal.
