I shoot with a Canon 6D with a Sigma 50-500MM F 4.5-6.3 lens. My settings were Aperture Priority at F5.6-F9.5. ISO 800, and 1/500 -1/750 sec. I try and keep my shutter speed faster than the length of my lens! And all of these were handheld!
