There have been many issues reported with 47th St. Most likely the camera, and possibly lens, does not have U.S. Nikon warranty. Nikon's lens warranies are five years and they won't even work on a camera that does not come with Nikon U.S. Warranty. The one they list is likely 3rd party.

You are safest to order from A, B, or C: Adorama, B&H, or Cameta. All are truthful on the warranties (but be sure to check) and have good return policies.

Well, the 18-55mm VR II & 55-300mm VR lenses are DX lenses, not full frame, so you're not going to get the most out of the full-frame sensor of the D750.

This stuff is crap:
Opteka 650-1300mm HD Telephoto Zoom Lens
Opteka High Definition 2X Telephoto Converter
Opteka 2.2x High Definition II Telephoto Lens
Opteka 0.43x High Definition II Wide Angle Lens

Pass!

I Agree. Pass the 47th St. and the lenses are all DX (APS-C). Get a Full Frame Lens (FX).

Good camera, but a whole lot of useless and low quality stuff to go with it. Better to get the Nikon with the 24-120 f/4 kit lens and treat yourself to some good equipment as you can afford it.

What Goofy said, these package deals are almost always a disappointment.
Find yourself a good deal on the camera body and the two Nikon lenses.

Having dealt with 47th st photo once (out of ignorance and stupidity), I would advise in the strongest terms to avoid them as others have warned. You'll find that what you order is typically "out-of-stock", but magically is instantly available IF you're willing to buy "an extended warranty" or 3rd party accessories, batteries, etc. Then you'll find that the camera is either grey-market or part of a split-up kit. Either way, a bad deal. Stick to B&H, Adorama, KEH or the other reputable dealers referenced on The Hog - cheaper in the long run and a lot less pain

Most guys (Marketers) throw in a lot of CRAP to make them look like you are getting a deal. IMHO the only valid deal out there is when they pair the Nikon D750 with the Nikon 24-120 MM F4 lens. The list price is $3396.95, the deal saves you $900.00 and costs you $2496.95. It is currently available at B&H and other fine retailers. Please, avoid the crap that comes with most deals and go for a quality deal, like the one given here. God bless and keep on shooting until the end.

Are you sure you aren't thinking of 42nd St? I've bought from 47th St since the late 1960s.

EDIT: Yeah, it looks like they have gone downhill, like Abe's of Maine. Too bad.

Pass on this "deal." I usually prefer getting the best price on the particular item I want. Occasionally, they will include a good lens, but must of the stuff listed here is just "stuff." You can get the D750 for under $2,000 and spend the other $700 as you see fit.

I bought one or two cameras with lenses because that's all that was available at the time. I put the lenses on ebay. I've bought from Crutchfield, right in your state, but you would have to pay sales tax. I didn't.

Stay away from 47th St. Photo. Scammers and grey marketeers. Buy from Adorama or B&H.
