It's Not a Gun Problem
It's Hearts Without God
Homes without Discipline
Schools without Prayer
and
Courts without Justice
If you are referring to the recent Orlando incident,
It's Hearts Without God - It would seem Omar Mateen was very dev**ed to God
Homes without Discipline - It would seem Omar Mateen's father was very strict and provided discipline
Schools without Prayer - I'm sure Omar Mateen's schooling included inordinate amounts of prayer
Courts without Justice - Sharia law seems stricter and the courts more harsh than our U.S. courts
You're correct. It's not a problem with the gun. It's a problem with the person in possession of the gun.

In the United States, school prayer cannot be required of students in accordance with the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.
I don't believe they would either. Congress has always started with a prayer, Presidents have always had prayer breakfasts ( until that muslim posing in the WH ), the Bible was one of the textbooks in our schools and there was school prayers. What there WASN'T was mass shootings in the schools, theaters, etc. NOT until the Libtards infested the education departments. Now this is what we have thanks to the Loony Lefties.
Another stupid statement from greenie.
So how many people must be slaughtered in the name of the invisible man in the sky before you folks realize the evil of organized religion. The train of thought here seems to be that religion and prayer is incompatible with violence. But the t***h is that religion breeds violence. Look at the crusades, the execution of witches, the World Trade Center in 1993 and 2001, the systematic sexual abuse of children, the suppression of women, the suppression of homosexuals, fatwas, honor k*****gs, human sacrifices, bombings, mass murders g*****l m********n, and on and on and on and on.
Really want peace in this world? Eliminate the invisible man in the sky and you can have it.
It appears that there is only one predominant religion which supports violence as a means to their end. The others seem to resort to violence as a means of self defense. Your examples are interesting. The crusades were established to protect religious travelers to the holy land (partially occupied by a religious group bent on violence). The execution of witches, well I can see that. I got turned into a newt once, by one of them. I got better, though. World Trade Center, again, look at a group who incites violence in their attempt to convert others. Most of your other list falls on the shoulders of, again, the only one which seems bent on violence. It's not all, but apparently one that seems to be a problem.

It seems to me when we have a mass murder every few weeks our political leaders stand up and say lets have a moment of silent prayer for the victims, like that's going to help them now, and pray so this doesn't happen again.
How's that working out.
"How's that working out?"
That's hard to tell. The news outlets don't report on the terrorists with whom God interceded and talked them out of wh**ever they had planned.

When you defend everything BUT God, you actually prove His existence. Sin is what has created all the ills of the world...period. Humans have cast their lot with people who believe like you. God has repeatedly shown His Love and mercy. Christ has shown the path. You ignore it, to your detriment.
There are peaceful Muslims, peaceful Christians, peaceful Jews, peaceful Bhuddists and likely way more of the peaceful ones than the warring ones. But we don't read of them because the world press yaps about only the k**lers of each religion.
Do not judge the entire religion based on the h**ers' actions. Every time you judge another, you break God's rule. "Judge not that you be not judged". When you judge other,s, you are also judging yourself. If you see h**e in others, you must see it in yourself, otherwise you would not recognize it. Just saying
