Nice Fire Dept. photo with the dalmation statues in front. Never seen a dept. do that before.

Except for the blur in the arm, #1 is exceptional. You caught unrehearsed, natural emotion on the boys' faces which is excellent. What were your settings for this photo?
You also caught that same emotion in the b&w, #3. You have some good subjects.
On both photos, I would suggest cropping out some from the top. You can remove some the alley in #1 and some of the sky in #3. Also, you are dealing with some action, so a faster shutter speed could help.
My suggestion...keep doing what you're doing and keep learning your craft.

The one that catches my eye is the 2 boys with the basket ball in B&W , all are nice .
