This was a different issue back in 2013, look at the date of the artical.

The You Tube Video is the same info I posted a link on just two days ago. It applies to D500 buyers who have the ending 01number on the battery. Info came from The New Camera website. The 01 is to be swapped for the ending number 20, according to the article.
