Several weeks ago there was a message that had a link to the UK that had comprehensive information regarding customizing the AF that I had not seen before; I can't find the link. I got the one for the 5D MK III and can only fine those for the 7D MkII, not the older 7D. Any one know where to go for the 7D information? Thanks for your help.

Thanks, Mark. I have been on Google and have seen this. The one that I got for the 5D is about 50 pages long. I have not had a chance to compare the 7D vs. the 5D in this respect, but I suspect that the 5D is more sophisticated as it has 61 points and the 7D has 19, which may account for the increase in coverage.

I did have the 7D - sold it and bought the 7D M II. I also have the 5D M III. I bought digital copies of Doug Klosterman's 5D M III Experience and his 7D M II Experience. You may find the one for the 7D helpful.

Thanks--very useful. I'll take a look at the 5D book, too.
