Apaflo Loc: Anchorage, Alaska

As of less than an hour ago UHH forum software has been upgraded to the new version. I've been poking at it, and can't say I'm either over or under impressed. Lots of things that should have changed are the same. But at least so far I can't find any changes that will be real trouble.

The one change that I really really like is that apparently now this section is added to the daily digest. Typical forum readers that have never looked for and have never heard of us are going to see our articles listed. They will find us due to interesting titles and great pictures! Or at least I think that is the way it will work. After posting this article I'll look to see if it is included.

Note how posting articles with attached images has changed! Before if an image was attached doing a preview would lose the image. Now it is necessary to preview after attaching or the text disappears, if I understood it right... :-)

It will be very interesting to see what has happened with all the really strange quirks in this editor!

OK, if nobody else is willing, I'll be the first to jump in with an image. This is a rural road in a village in Oberbayern, Germany. I was intrigued by the shadows cast by the backlit fencing, and then the walker came through, providing scale. Somehow, he seems a little spooky -- to me, at least.
