Number 3 is by a hairs width a bit sharper IMHO. Other than that my 80 year old eyes have nothing to offer.
To my eye #3 has a more natural level of contrast and you've managed to avoid the darks becoming too dark and solid. Perhaps the sky can be salvaged if you select it.
