We got another fairly good dousing today. When it stopped, I ran to get my camera and find out whether there were any droplets left on the flowers. The light was dim and a bit moody.

Does this succulent bloom remind you of a tarantula?

Moody often brings booty.

Very nice set Vicki. Rain is good for photographers, as long as the photographer {and the camera} stays dry.

The roses are my favorites.

Wonderful flower shots Vicki. They are really beautiful. The first one got my attention and I didn't want to move on but the rest were equally rewarding!

I've learned to appreciate this kind of light, so "moody" is appreciated.

Thanks for the visit and comment Fred.

Thank you. Yes, that one is rather interesting in terms of color and flower structure. I wish the roses in this garden had name tags. I think they were purchased from a discount garden center that doesn't bother with extras.

The drops are appreciated on a couple of levels not the least of which is what we hope is the end of a very long dry spell. I like the "bling" they add to the flowers.

Thanks for taking a look and commenting Bob. It's always appreciated. I'm glad you enjoyed these.

The camera stayed dry, I did not! Talk about "bad hair day!"

Thanks for looking and commenting Bill. I appreciate and value your input.
