This photo was taken on the way to crabtree falls here in virginia. I took this in the fall of 2011. The sun was coming up over this mountain pond I loved the way it was lighting up the pond and trees as it rose.

Many times I have heard that it is all about light and this proves it. Of course, you have to throw in some composition and other things too. Beautiful picture.
