creating photo albums

First I just want to thank all the regulars for their invaluable info on all aspects of photography, I am still new to this site but read it everyday. I wanted to know if anyone has a way to create a hard cover book with my photos in it . I am going to Maui and I like to do theme books. The last one I did was the "Gates Of Oahu" and had it done through "My Publisher " on line. Came out good but was a little expensive. Next one is "Kula Sunsets". Thanks in advance.

I've self published 3 books through Blurb and was very happy with the results. You download their software and use it to design the book and then upload it to them to print it.

A few of the guys I shoot with do theirs. I will have to ask which ones they use. They have a program they use, and print their own.

Lightroom 4 has a Book module with loads of layouts and a link with Blurb for printing it.

I have had a couple done at Big W. My daughter works in the photo lab and lets me know when there is specials on. But that is down under here. They are beautiful gates.

Is this a book for your personal use, or are you doing many copies for sale? I've used Kodak for one-off copies for my family - like maybe 30 pages.
