Thanks for posting this link on the progress of the case ---hopefully many photographic gems will emerge from all of the unprocessed rolls of film yet to be developed and printed. It will be interesting to see what "develops" (pun intended).

It's true that there's a lot money potentially involved. But I'd like to be a bit altruistic in this and think that people are considering the artistic implications as well. The sheer number of frames and negatives that are included with all the rolls of film will produce one would expect an incredible volume of images that should give us a wonderful view into the world of Chicago and elsewhere at the time.
