I'm not able to get out and about very much these days so I thought I'd look for some images in the archives. These are from a trip to Acadia National Park.
Beautiful scenics and a terrific b&w study of shapes and textures. I haven't been back to Maine for six years so I appreciate your pics very much.
Always good to see images from other areas. A nice set. I really like the old hardware image.

This park is on my bucket list. Thanks for sharing your lovely shots.
Great set #2 looks like Baa Hawba. (Bar Harbor)
Very beautiful photos! It's fun to look back at pictures we've taken, isn't it?
Ron, That first image is a prize winner. Perfect color and composition

I love Acadia, it's very picturesque. I have SO many images from there over a couple of years.
Beautiful shots of a beautiful place, Ron!
Thanks, all for the nice comments. Not Bar Harbor but not far from there.
Two weeks from tomorrow I am going to have a couple heart valves replaced (with some from a pig's heart). When I recover, says the surgeon, I will be surprised at how good I feel. Hopefully then, I'll be able to get out and shoot some new images.

I liked them all, but on View the Rocks and Sea I would have liked a wider format. 4x7 is my favorite. When there are no people or circles you can stretch a landscape like this in Photoshop. I can show you if you would like to see it. David
Ron, you'll be in my prayers as you go through this! My hubby has has triple bypass surgery. Looking forward to your healthy return!

I know how to stretch an image in photoshop. I don't like the effect except for perhaps a SLIGHT thinning of a person's face in a portrait.
I appreciate the offer though. Thanks. I always crop for composition not for a fixed aspect ratio or standard print size.
