American Anole lizard and other things

The lizard was shot with a Nikkor 105mm macro and I believe a 36mm extension tube at f25 @1/60. He allowed me to approach to about 4 inches. I was hoping he would inflate his throat, but he never did. He exited after 2 shots. The photo was also cropped a bit.

The moth and walkingstick.....just beautiful faces.

These are decent images. For the lizard image, I would have liked for you to have checked the (store original) box next to upload address, so we could enlarge to appreciate detail.

Hi, I love image 1. I am not sure he is a gecko. I believe he might be an American anole.

I did a little research, you are absolutely correct. If it gets in front of my camera, I take its picture, I hope the exposure is good, and often I move on without knowing what it is. Thanks for the education. Bill

Thank you. I'll try to remember to start doing that.
