Are you using Canon paper? If not, then you'll have to profile your printer/paper/ink. If you use the mfgr's paper, the settings used for the printer setup will take care of the profile, so your results will be somewhat similar to a commercially made print. Remember, Costco is C41 wet process silver halide photo paper, and you are using inkjet on paper. There are bound to be color, black depth and dynamic range differences.

I printed on Canon paper and Kodak paper. Same over-saturated results. I printed from PS Elements, Lightroom and Faststone. Same over-saturated results. I downloaded the photo at Costco's web site and the print matched my display screen. Surprisingly, a Canon tech sent me a test photo which I printed. The print of the Canon test photo looked exactly like the photo on my monitor. I have searched for ICC profiles for the photo papers that I am using and have not been able to find any on-line. Almost ready to scrap the Canon Pixma printer and go back to an HP all-in-one inkjet, whose prints always matched my monitor.
