Please clarify for us... Is this an item for sale? Do you have pictures to post? How much are you asking.

This is the penultimate learning camera for 4X5 film shooting, particularly wide angle with one of those lenses. It's a complete setup, and I may be interested, but only if I know it's for sale, I know the starting price, and I see pictures.

Please elucidate!

Do the bellows show any sign of cracking? This camera looks pretty well used.

I think a prospective buyer would want some clear pictures and an accurate description of the actual condition. As an example of what I look for, here's an outfit I bought last year:

Edit: In the original post, the pictures were accompanied with a good description of the condition.

This was added later yesterday after I requested the information. It was not there, nor were the pics at original post yesterday.

Just found one on Craigslist for $425 and seems to be in better condition.

Last used? Condition of the lenses? Are they clear? Any fungus? Are they working accurately? The holders look like they've been used hard...are they intact? Often old the tape on the film insert end cracks/breaks and the slide brushes start to disintegrate. Bellows look good in the bottom photo, but in the top photo, the camera looks kind of dusty. Rate the condition, please. The 90 requires either a recessed board or the ability to slide the front standard back; does this work? I believe on this camera, the bed should drop. While a good price for all this, not so if the condition requires work, which is expensive. I could drive to pick up.

I don't have any spare money (New Sony a6300 took care of that.), but it sure brings back memories.

To those slamming the price... There are three items alone, BESIDE the camera that will sell easily for $100 EACH. Guess what they are?

The deal pricewise is right except for lowball mentalities of some on this board. Condition is a factor, but the SUPER graflex is the last press camera made and is metal, with more movements than all earlier Graflex. A very durable camera, and I have yet to see a bad bellows on a Super or Super Speed camera.

Other than statements and better representation of condition, this camera is priced with a bit of risk built into the price.

C'mon folks, let's hear less bitching. That's why I NEVER list any of my many camera sales on this site. eBay for me, and that's exactly where this one should be listed.

Another site where the kit would get more respect would be either APUG or Large Format Camera Forum. I put my medium format and large format there, and on eBay.

I have 4 crowns and a speed graphic. I never had to use recessed lens board for my 90. As for the condition of this camera what I see of it, it looks in very condition and with all the film holders the case and both lenses and all I would say it is a fair price.
