Mine is going on the market in 1 week. Spent a month up there getting it ready. Good time to sell, at least in my ole neighborhood.

We have lived in IL, MO, TX, CO, MN, IA, VT, and NE. There is something wrong with all of them. If you are headed for IL good luck on taxes. I understand they are completely busted.

Our property taxes are outrageous, but our state income taxes are high. :shock:

We have them moving to our state from California and I wished they stay there not because we do not like them but because when they come they bring their stupid ideas with them.
