Sounds like a great trip you have planned! You can get a fairly large pump bottle of Sawyer's Permethrin at Amazon:

Be aware of the altitude of Cuzco - it sits at 11,300 feet as I recall. Many tourists and most canned tours put you in Cuzco early (the flight from Lima is early!) and expect you to function that day. Headaches and shortness of breath is common. Most of the hotels have oxygen available!

Your advice is invaluable Steve. I have spoken with a Travel Doctor here for 'jabs' next week and got little advice about this.
Maybe he will tell me while I get the inoculations.
I will check out if the three products on your link are available here but wonder if I can buy on arrival in BA?
And again, the advice about Cuzco is a good one. Have passed this on to my daughter-in-charge of bookings. While they are all younger and definitely fitter, their nearly 70 year old grand father may struggle.
My big worry is I have a 'bone on bone' problem in my left hip and a bit of spinal damage (caused by years of karate training apparently).
I walk okay and am upright and can do most things on the day but then suffer the next day and get pretty tired from the continual ache.
This is why I am so conscious of traveling light.
Again, many thanks for the advice.
