Does anyone know of a good, inexpensive printer that I can email my photos to online and have them send me prints?
I've used Costco before and always disappointed because they really mess up the colors.

I have heard that photo printing from individual Costco stores are as different as night and day. Which Costco store are you using?

I've always found Costco to do pretty good when I don't have the time to print myself.
If you call them they will tell you what printers they are using, then you can as I'm sure you know can download the ICC profiles for the printer. Here is a list of Costco's across the US and the printers they use.

We have a nice, small, print shop in Ventura that makes great prints. I have used them for printing, mounting, and hanging 11 X 14 inch prints for the County Fair. I have sold a few as well.
They accept walk in clients and e-mail clients. Check our their products and pricing.

Be sure to click the "do not correct" button on the last Costco screen. The wording may be different for some stores. I have it automatically checked on the Costco online ordering. That might solve the problem.
I've never had trouble with Costco prints. And of course you can always take them back for a redo.

I have used Ritz and gotten good results. I've tried Costco and theirs is good too, but they are further from my house than Ritz.

Aspen Creek Photo in Oakhurst, CA does a nice job at reasonable prices. They are the "consumer" division of West Coast Imaging, one of the better printers catering to pros. Being in SoCal your shipping turn around will be fairly quick. I used them for my sale prints early on before I could afford my own large format printer and found then to be quite satisfactory. They have weekly weekend specials that are often quite good. Worth a look.
