Bryce Canyon is an amazing place. not really a canyon at all, it's the eastern face of a plateau that's been eroded into the weirdest shapes imaginable. early in the morning, when the sun is just above the horizon, the light bounces and reflects among the "hoodoos" and produces the most astonishing colors. an hour later, everything is almost uniformly dull orange... it pays to get up early sometimes! Ahah, I caught you this time. Before I even opened the thread I knew it was one of your canyon photos. Hoodoo is fresh in my mind from my trip there. They are fascination examples of nature's artwork. You've captured them well.
