I noticed a local Lions club parking lot being used for a roving carnival and decided to go back and take some night shots. This is just one of of many but one of my favorite from that night. Critique appreciated.

For me, the perfect shutter speed to capture the energy and motion. Great colors, balanced composition, and a lot of fun.
