Unfortunately in today's world, everyone is in a rush.
Don't know about the rest of the membership, but I often wonder what amazing images I missed everyday on my UHH site.
Right now we have to depend on the title to decide if we should open a post to see the image(s)
How about if there were thumbnail files of the image(s) after the end of the title? (Running horizontally if there are three of them.) While they would be very small, they could at least lead you toward deciding if that positing should be open.
Or another way might be to have them all together, (and numbered to show you what posting they belong to) in a "sheet" form the images should be able to be larger. (There would be one "sheet" posted with each topic area.)
Of course maybe UHH already has something like this somewhere? (What I have found about what I know regarding UHH is that I "know nothing!)

Maybe you should just slow down and "smell the roses"! If the title has any interest to you, open it; view it as a wrapped gift. You never know what's in the package until you open it.
Yes, but unfortunately if the title doesn't grab your fancy, you just MIGHT miss one of the most meaningful and beautiful images you might ever "rest your eyes on."

"Nothing ventured , nothing gained" and maybe something lost! But if you never had it you can't lose it.
Thanks for the replies. I take that as two NO's
But can l get some feedback as to IF this can be done on the site, and if anyone thinks it's a good idea? Thanks..

Most likely can be done, would take more space and resources though.
On my screen there is approx 3/4" between the lines of thread titles.
How good of a view will you see on a 3/4" thumbnail ?
Thanks;
I understand, but don't we all use thummbnail images now? (EG:After we downloaded some new images to decide which ones to open up?) Guess I'm more of a visual person, rather than one that is interpretive.

I like your idea but do not know what resources would have be expended to make the change.

What was Admin's response when you asked him?
Sorry
Don't know who that is.

Steve has already done "a sheet of thumbs" for the "My Image" voting. Of course, that probably would be much more work to take every photo, every day and put all together. Not sure it is feasible to get this done, but I think it is a good idea.
You are probably talking about something like the photog sites on flickr where the main page can be sheets of good-sized thumbs. People can just click on which one interests them. It is better than depending on a catchy title to get viewers. I am sure that I have missed out on a lot of UHH photos that were visual treats.
Just slow down and look. It doesn't take that much time.

Admin runs UHH. You can send a private message with your suggestion.
Oh..
Thanks. I thought the different sections have different admin.
BTW: Prefer not to deal with admin. just wondering what the members thought of this idea.
As for the comment by another member of having to take a lot of time to make thumbnails, was thinking that there has to be away to set the software so that when you send an image, it would automatically go to a "thumbnail file." (When you send an image now, it goes to a "regular view" AND a "uploadable" one.)

I don't think any changes would be made without dealing with Admin. My own thought is if you're in such a hurry to see what pictures have been posted, you'll not likely take the time to study and enjoy the ones you do open.
