That is an older copy, which may be difficult to find. It also may not work if you are using a relatively newer digital camera.
You can do the monthly plan which is LR and PS together for $10 per month.

If you were to put LR 3 and LR CC side by side to see the possibilities you would end up having a "What was I thinking" moment." Just saying...
