I've bought a little bit and always been satisfied. A while back they had a warranty that went for a whole year. I don't know if they still have it but several on this forum used it and had no questions.

I had a great experience buying a Canon 50D body. I received their EX rated product and I'd rate it Like New minus. Great service and great results over the two years after purchase.

I just bought a Canon 17-85 from them, and it is excellent. I have also used them for selling a couple of items. I have also used Adorama, both are very good

I bought a used Canon EF 70-300mm DO IS USM Lens from KEH and it feels new, looks new, and takes excellent photos. Everything I've bought from them has always been much better than the accompanying description.

I've bought several items, including NIKOR lenses from them ... the are better that they are rated .. the service is excellent, and their return policy unique.

Yes, I have very good. They rate their used gear very conservatively. "Good" is going to be very good.
