I shouldn't have done it but my 63rd birthday is next week and I couldn't hold it in any longer, I just ordered a refurb 70D. Sure hope I like it. I have a XTi, T5i, 40D, sx50, and now a 70D on the way. Lady was nice, I chatted a rep as it wouldn't let me put in my suite number at work, we got it and she gave me free 2nd day FedEx shipping.

Unfortunately, my wife's idea of refurb is restulane injections. Cost far more than that camera and lasts much less

I'm hoping FedEx goes better than brown this time.
The last 2 orders that came from brown were delivered to the wrong address and wrong building. Luckily, someone at the other building new me and saw the package left in front of the elevator (not signed for) and called me.

I am deeply sorry for you GAS attack. As you know by now, there is no cure. My 62nd birthday was twenty years ago and I still have GAS pangs every time a get an e-mail from B&H showing their latest sale.

I got my first serious digital, a Nikon D90, when I was 64. Since then, I've gone through over a dozen cameras, finally settling on the D750.
