This time my theme is Historic Bluegrass. The photos I am showing are historic to the bluegrass region of Ky. But some more obvious than others. You guys have been great helping me choose photos to enter in the past. Please pick two photos since that is how many I enter. Any constructive criticism is welcome. Sometimes it is harder to pick from your own photos that it is to look at others and choose. There are a few so give me time to load them all in

IMO, the wool and twine beats them all.
Great thought into the composition.
My 2 cents.
I would skip the cemetery, water pump, B&W stairs, and the two train depot. the others are more compelling for me
Thank you, narrowing it down always helps
Your 2-best pics would be - 1.Shakertown Stairs in B&W, since it would be different from all the color pics being
submitted of the same subject & shows detail much better.
2. Water Pump Pitcher - it's a simple, interesting subject
without any distractions, plus good background & lighting. Reduce space above pump by 1/2 to improve composition. Let's hear about the contest results.
I like #2 and #6...but man, it was hard to pick two! They are all soooo good! Good luck!
[quote=backroadgirl]I agree Shakedown stair color 2 and
Ward Hall Storage 9.
You have many outstanding pictures here. I am sorry that you can't turn in more than 1. David
4,6 and 9
Yes i know that is 3 but you drop one
I am no help--I like them all! Great compositions
good luck
I'd go with #s 1 & 9: one outdoor image and one indoor lighting. The stairway images are beautiful, but not unique. The last two aren't"grabbers".Hope my opinion helps.
