The King of Horrors House

The King of Horror is Stephen King and he is a resident of Bangor(Pronounced Bang-Gore not Bangher)Maine my stepdaughter is up there four about 4 weeks and she sent me several pictures of his home. If you will note there are Bats on the Gates around the home and I do believe you will see the K inside of one of the rings. He is the king of horror but come the day for horror he closes the gate to his home turns out the lights and does not celebrate Halloween kind of like some thing that goes against the grain I guess. Another fact that I am sure that you all know about is the Van that hit him and almost Killed him he bought from the insurance company that owned it and he displayed it on his front lawn for a year or so then turned around and brought it to a wrecking yard and watched them shred it so that no one would make any money off his getting hit. My wife's ex-husband has a niece that dated Stephens son and the story that the niece could and has told. So any way I hope you enjoy the pictures and know that this is where the King lives and writes from.

I am not sure but a story is told about how a purple stallion is buried in his back yard. Pet cemetery was taped in Hampden Maine.My wife is a native of Holden ME. right next to Bangor and she said shes not sure about any thing like that in the back yard.

No problem being from the area I wanted a few pictures of SK's house and the step daughter was right there and snapped a few for me so in the long run it is her that we will all thank. I asked her permission to post these and all she said was " Hell Ya" so with that said and done hope you enjoy. She was in the area of Ex President Bush's summer residence but it was gated and a bit far from the main road for a point and shoot so she didn't get any of them maybe another time who knows.

No cemetery but a really nice indoor pool. The office in the round tower is Stephen's office and the square tower is Tabatha's office. I am a really big fan of Stephen.

Sorry the wife does not know any Smarts and I can't believe it she said she don't have any either of that I know Different, Thanks for the picture of the Bush Residents I will give a copy of it to my Step Daughter.

The story's abound in the area they still believe in spooks and ghosts and maybe even a few witches but these are just some of the stories that the wife and her ex -husband had heard over the years. I really did not care for his writing till I read the Stand in the unabridged copy then I started to follow him a bit more till now I have read all of his books. I was more a Dean Koontz Fan well I still believe in ghosts in fact my wife and I live in a house that is said to be haunted!! Opps my wife said it is haunted ... she has seen a ghost or two and on several occasions there have been thinks moving like swinging and it was not from a draft either so there it is the house is haunted.

She don't shoot for anything more than the joy of it as with most 20 year olds rules are made to be broken so I guess that I will have to thank her from 2500 miles away. These were just a few pictures that I though every body would love or like at the very least.

This is also the man who supports the State of Maine at Orono Hockey team the Black Bears(?)... I also think he owns a radio station or two in that area. Very Busy man. He is a writer but his wife is also a write and pretty good in her own rite. I have met them both in person at a truck stop Dysarts right out side of Bangor, My thoughs on this are he is a real nice person she is one of those people that is all business I guess that is what makes a real successful couple.
