Oh my that's nice! Very smooth and yet enough shape, contrast and drama to hold our eye.
I finally got a pinhole lens cap after seeing some of the nice images people got with them, but haven't made much progress yet. I reckon I've got a lot to learn...

I like the stark simplicity. Too bad you did not have some kind of rim light on the lower left edge of the eggplant to separate it from the background. I do not care much for the pinhole unsharpness but the composition and lighting are pretty good.

I love it! I agree with ABC that a little more separation on the lower left of the eggplant would be nice, but I love the softness. I think it's painterly. If I did not know it was a photograph I would not know it was a photograph, and I think that's terrific. :thumbup: :thumbup:
